每次我返到嚟香港都會問朋友近期有咩好嘢食推介,我朋友就介紹咗蒸氣火鍋呢樣嘢比我,跟住就book咗潮福呢間嘢同我試下。我哋去到大概七點半,可能係平日嘅關係,店裡面唔係好多人,亦因為咁嘅關係我哋坐到張窗邊嘅大卡位。店裡面擺滿咗海鮮,客人可以隨便去到魚缸去睇下佢哋嘅大小,同種類。服務尚算好,伙記都好樂意介紹唔同海鮮種類比我哋認識。我哋最後點咗個3XX嘅套餐,可以任選6款海鮮,同埋任食火鍋配料。我哋點餐之後好快就上咗個湯,冬瓜螺頭燉湯。冬瓜嘅清同螺肉嘅鮮甜balance得好好,湯裡面都落足料,只係嫌佢咸咗少少。北寄貝算係幾大粒,而且新鮮,隻隻都開口,貝肉都算鮮甜。鮑魚上面放咗啲虫草,呢個都ok啦,但同你響街市買反嚟蒸個味道分別不大。主角龍蝦出場,我用刀叉將成條肉起咗出嚟。龍蝦肉質非常爽口嫩滑,亦都保留住肉汁,非常鮮味!日本大元貝大粒乾淨,如果你鍾意食生嘢的話,可以叫佢唔好蒸咁耐,粒肉會更加嫩滑。美國石蠔,失望嘅一個菜式。望落去算係都新鮮,上台果陣隻蠔都係連殼嘅。但係食落去卻無咩鮮味,一方面佢蒸得太熟,口感有啲韌同硬,同埋佢調味方面落得太重白胡椒粉,蓋過咗蠔本身嘅鮮味。對於我呢個咁鍾意食蠔嘅人嚟

蒸氣火鍋呢個idea真係幾好,用蒸氣烹調食物健康之餘,唔洗落好多油,又可以保存到食物嘅鮮味,每一滴味道都會保存住響食物身上,就算流走咗都會比個粥底吸收咗。總括嚟講,海鮮方面都算係好新鮮,任食配料方面雖然選擇唔多,但勝在質素良好。但始終佢呢個食法調味上會比較單調,冇錯咁樣可以最食到食物嘅原味同鮮味,但成日都係咁食就會悶,應該一年食一,兩次就夠,保持新鮮感。
價錢方面,兩個人,八百蚊有找,如果平日的話平返少少,或者做番個優惠就好喇,同日式放題或者同其它飲食火鍋相比,性價比略嫌為低,同蒸氣海鮮相比,我自己更愛食刺身。希望遲啲會有更多優惠同更多新菜式。
