To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在三聖村買了六款唔同海鮮,見到南記頗多人,幾乎坐滿,就過來海鮮加工,試下廚師手藝如何。1.芝士龍蝦伊麵。澳洲龍蝦,搭配濃郁芝士。龍蝦夠生猛,咬落爽脆。滿口芝味龍蝦,吃多兩塊會稍嫌膩。伊麵稍綿,但味道十足。但人多的話,也值得嘗試。2.豉油聖子。聖子冇沙,爽脆彈牙。煎米粉鋪底。嗦曬炒聖子的鮮味,如果可以再稍微煎脆些,咬落就更有層次感。3. 白灼花螺。原本打算辣酒煮花螺,但因為同行有大肚婆,所以留待下次嘗試。今次就簡單白灼。夠新鮮爽脆。不過與其他濃味的海鮮比較,則稍微遜色,也沒有必要特意攞去加工。可以自行購買回家白灼。4.隆重推薦,椒鹽瀨尿蝦。隻隻有膏,食完回味無窮。椒鹽呢種煮法,在家真係好難做到夠鍋氣。出到街邊,一定要用椒鹽海鮮試下廚師功底。唔會太鹹,食到瀨尿蝦的蝦味。皮都炸的鬆化,咬耐都可以吞落肚。一百分滿分,可以攞95分。仲有其他海鮮未來得及影相就已經被開動了。留待下次再續。
