當日星期日晚,遲左去街市買餸,成6點先去到,加上休漁期係冇乜靚海鮮。當天買到既海鮮可能唔係太新鮮,加工後我哋覺得味道好一般,但理解既係廚房得老細老人家同另一個男人煮,根本忙不過來。椒鹽瀨尿蝦-呢一個係果晚最好食既,瀨尿蝦夠新鮮,炸得透同埋加埋椒鹽既調味好野味!薑蒽炒蟶子-原本叫左薑蔥炒蟶子王煎米粉底,但上台變左豉椒炒蟶子王,蟶子仲要腥既,唔知係蟶子唔新鮮定點,全晚最差😮‍💨蒜蓉粉絲蒸仙貝-不過不失花雕蛋白蒸像蟹-隻蟹唔新鮮,好削應該養到瘦晒變成水蟹,所以蒸出黎比較水汪汪,呢一點唔關廚藝事,但係完全無花雕味。係一味普通蛋白蒸‘水蟹’。鹽焗奄仔-首先一上台就有‘壓’味,一反個蟹肚黎睇就見到未有擠走蟹屎 先煮唔怪之得有呢個臭味。同埋d腳甩晒,好彩食落無臭味。清蒸黑瓜子-消失的‘扣’,明明交代左有扣但最後上台係唔見,條魚蒸得岩岩熟,但係豉油略為較淡😮‍💨豉油王大蝦-呢一味煮得最好食,調味好得!

花雕蛋白蒸像蟹-隻蟹唔新鮮,好削應該養到瘦晒變成水蟹,所以蒸出黎比較水汪汪,呢一點唔關廚藝事,但係完全無花雕味。係一味普通蛋白蒸‘水蟹’。
