最近去Mirar行街，發現開左間新餐廳，主打食蟹。趁今日放假就同朋友去試下。呢間中菜館，環境優雅高級，服務人員態度親切，最重要嘅就係菜色賣相靚，味道更是一流。朋友鍾意食海鮮，我地點左其中兩道招牌菜：喜記正宗炒辣蟹同清酒鮑魚。喜記正宗炒辣蟹肉質鮮嫩，配上佢個辣味，令人食到停唔到口，每一口都能感受到師傅嘅功力同用心，鍋氣十足🦀至於清酒鮑魚，就更加不得了。鮑魚鮮味濃郁，爽口彈牙，配上清酒嘅香味，令人回味無窮，完全係頂級享受😋如果你都係鍾意食海鮮之人，我強烈建議你試下呢兩樣菜式👍🏻
