想吃避風塘炒蟹就一定想起這店,味道使人難忘,耐不耐就想吃的。餐前小食來個花生脆口,鹹鹹的使人停不了口。避風塘炒辣蟹,這個不能錯過,蟹肉夠多夠結實,肉鮮甜美,炸蒜是靈魂,每次吃都會吃不停,跟飯或麵一起吃簡直是絕配,香辣味美,還有店員會幫忙拆肉,真的喜歡這服務。喜記椒鹽富貴蝦,這個不得了,首先店員會幫手拆殼這個很抵讚,肉質彈牙鮮嫩,味道鮮美無比,食材很新鮮,大廚功力深厚做到火喉剛好。豉椒炒蜆,蜆肉粒粒飽滿,最重要是全部我吃到的都沒有沙粒,味道鮮甜,而且帶豉椒香味及少許辣味使人增加食慾,這個炒得很夠火喉。金銀蛋浸時蔬,大廚用了膏湯來製作,菠菜軟滑可口,店家弄走了菠菜的金屬味道使我十分喜歡,皮蛋及鹹蛋也是上好貨色。最後來一個番薯糖水,這個薑未夠濃,甜度適中,很有效解寒的感覺。味道: 值得推介環境: 舒適衛生: 整潔服務: 無得彈,有拆殼服務價錢: 超值 continue reading

晚上跟同事在尖東開會後,經過 MIRA 商場內喜記蟹將軍,它是間以蟹為主題的酒家,裝潢設計以香港水墨風情及中式作主題,感覺新派簡潔又型格,完全沒有傳統茶樓的沉悶氣色,場地寬敞,座位坐得舒適!招牌炒蟹 - 避風塘炒辣蟹是這間餐廳的靈魂,賣相十分吸引,原個蟹蓋加上蟹肉份量很多,蟹腳肉質飽滿,加上滿滿的炸蒜,伴任何菜吃也一流!值得一讚是店員提供拆肉的服務,十分方便了食客!豆豉鯪魚油麥菜 -翠綠的油麥菜炒過後 軟硬度適中,怡到好處!吸收了豆豉鯪魚的醬汁及味道,看似簡單的炒菜,但很惹味!豉椒炒蜆 - 蜆肉鮮甜,重要的是不會有沙,份量大碟!椒鹽鮮魷 - 份量大,整碟炸得色澤金黃,魷魚彈牙新鮮,香脆十分熱辣辣,充滿椒鹽香味,也不會過油,推介!招牌蟹油炒麵 - 炒麵夠乾身,同樣大碟,用了幼麵,加上切絲韭菜、芽菜,及蝦乾,口感和味道豐富,加了蟹油,更加惹味!番薯糖水 - ️蕃薯夠甜又大塊,薑水味淡中等辛,十分解油脂感整體而言,食物味道很好,店員服務有禮,環境裝潢高雅,實在是一間誠意中菜廳!下次再品嚐更多菜式! continue reading

我一定要说一说那个炒面,真的真的很绝,出乎意料之外的好吃,加上肉蟹里的佐料就更加好吃了!!!肉蟹跟富贵虾都很不错,可冲油麦菜炒的很好吃!!!鲍鱼偏清淡服务特别好,还帮忙剥蟹跟跟富贵虾,到了一点多人特别多,建议早点来吃饭而且空间很大,坐着很舒服,服务员还时不时来帮忙加茶,真的很优秀!!!中午一点多好像是高峰用餐期,所以还是要早点来哈哈哈哈吃的很满足,两个人吃这么多,真的很饱了,扶墙走的,下次来尝尝别的 continue reading
