To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天北京的朋友👬來香港，當然是帶他去嚐嚐本地酒樓的海鮮啦！在服務員的推薦下叫了以下幾道菜👇👇👇第一道烤乳豬，本來想叫例牌，服務員💁強烈推薦1/4隻，說多好多，所以叫了1/4隻。乳豬整體很脆，但因為是凍的，所以有d失望緊接著兩道菜是蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝和蒜蓉粉絲蒸蚌。味道都不錯，海鮮也夠新鮮最後重頭戲是芝士焗本灣龍蝦伊麵龍蝦焗伊麵芝士很濃，味道好正唯一小小不足就是伊麵有點過於干身，不過總體不錯！最後買單3個人800+還是有點貴不過也算值得一試
