Restaurant: Tsing Shan Wan Seafood Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又係食大餐嘅時候 今次主要都係海鮮有蟹仔,鮑魚,扇貝,炒象拔蚌,東風螺同埋乳鴿啲海鮮都好新鮮, 蟹仔多肉有多高 住得啱啱好唔會走曬啲肉, 鮑魚好新鮮蒸得好好,好軟熟少少煙韌, 扇貝都蒸得好好,沒有overcook,最緊要係隻扇貝黐殼的,唔係放上個殼度蒸, 炒象拔蚌都炒得剛剛好唔會老,東風螺就比較辣我就冇乜點食, 其他人都話好新鮮啲肉都比較大粒, 乳鴿香脆肉汁多 燒得好好呀 😀今次份量都算多,火喉都做得好好,值得讚 👍
