踩完單車都在大埔覓食,朋友帶路去大埔墟街市食晚飯。原本想要聖子,但好早已經賣哂,所以改要蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝(4隻)$160,帶子新鮮好嫩好彈牙,而且蒸的時間剛好,粉絲吸哂海鮮精華同蒜蓉,又鮮味又香。千島骨,炸衣不太厚,剛好掛到千島醬,味道不錯,只係千島醬太易膩,食兩件就開始飽,肉排都鬆軟好咬,筋位多左少少。海鮮什菜煲看似好淡味,其實頗喜歡呢個煮法,不油夠清的什菜煲,有菜芯、西蘭花、白菜等等,不會煮到好爛熟,反而保留蔬菜爽口,金菇及粉絲吸哂海鮮湯汁好好味。但海鮮只有鮮魷同1-2隻蝦,海鮮份量較少。點可以無啤酒,大支又夠冰凍,我地仲飲左兩大支,爽呀。

海鮮什菜煲看似好淡味,其實頗喜歡呢個煮法,不油夠清的什菜煲,有菜芯、西蘭花、白菜等等,不會煮到好爛熟,反而保留蔬菜爽口,金菇及粉絲吸哂海鮮湯汁好好味。但海鮮只有鮮魷同1-2隻蝦,海鮮份量較少。
