自從離職之後,兩年沒來過這間了,難得時間尚早(12點正)不用排隊,便進來懷舊。鍋物對我來說比較麻煩,又點火又鋪滿全枱又要自己燒,而且限定一小時內吃完,有點匆忙,。所以我叫定食--「椰子忌廉燒魚柳」,其實就是葡汁配炸魚塊;菜肉「沙律」依然是熱辣辣地淋上丘比醬。難得麵豉湯不會太鹹。論環境其實麻麻,從12點正開門就紛紛擾擾、店員奔波食客喧嘩。幸好最後的甜品值回票價:「海鹽焦糖冬甩雪糕」,上冷下熱,上柔軟、下煙韌有咬口,反差精彩,而且焦糖汁是淋在冬甩旁邊的竹,份量任人自由發揮,不會太甜。

反差精彩,而且焦糖汁是淋在冬甩旁邊的竹,份量任人自由發揮,不會太甜。
