🐗喺浸大發現左呢間特別嘅餐廳—Bistro NTT by Attic,係人氣手工意大利粉餐廳—Attic開喺學校嘅姊妹店。有別於 Attic,呢度供應有好多唔同種類嘅菜式,例如英式威靈頓牛柳、印度天多利烤雞或法式馬賽魚湯等等。我地揀左兩款前菜同兩款主菜,包括開胃嘅三文魚他他,同埋63°C 溫泉蛋配松露忌廉汁炒雜菌。南瓜意大利飯加慢煮雞胸肉,味道濃郁,質感豐富。而其中亮點一定係法式馬賽魚湯,選用新鮮嘅時令海鮮同番紅花醬吐司,令味道更加豐富。所有貝類都用白酒煮過,帶有淡淡白酒花香同果香。而我最鍾意嘅係煎比目魚,皮煎得薄脆同一瓣瓣細嫩魚肉,鮮味爆發!呢道菜需要3日前預訂。整體而言,呢度不論食物定氣氛都非常出色,價格又合理,我地下次一定會試試威靈頓牛柳或其他菜式。連餐包牛角包都好酥脆好味!非常多謝貼心招待!
