To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

消失的越南咖啡

路過鴨利洲大街，突然想食越南野，就亂入「越大哥」；門面內裡裝修，感覺都比較港式茶餐廳，甚有親民街坊感覺，店員唔少講外語，係唔係越南話，我就唔多識聽，點都好啦… 就試吓😊生牛肉湯河不過不失，牛肉浸耐咗就開始韌，但湯底是清甜的，唧埋青檸，甜味就更突出！越南春卷炸得香口又唔多油！配埋酸蘿蔔絲係幾醒胃，青瓜都係沙律級，感覺誠意俾客人食，絕非伴碟！（最後我食晒）雞翼（原自雞翼湯河，因心急食咗個河，無影相）雞翼炸得金黃脆口，味道就ok啦，無咩特別嘅好味道，但勝在唔乾身，仲有啲肉汁！越南咖啡最最最失望係越南咖啡☕️⋯⋯ 跟著餐牌上的圖示去點餐，點餐前都問清楚店員，本著是煉奶底，有個銀色滴漏器的那款越南咖啡，誰不知上枱嘅時候就是這樣了（打卡無望）PS. 咸檸七係沒有「半粒咸檸」的模樣，喜歡篤咸檸嘅朋友要留意啦！
