To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日返工前去咗餐廳食早餐,叫咗一個牛扒早餐同一個蕃茄通粉早餐,我係叫咗蕃茄通粉早餐,原本跟早餐嘅包係普通多士,我加咗$4蒜香牛油多士,我個2塊多士係最快到,之前未食過,所以唔知原本味道係點樣,食落去嘅時候我都好奇點解冇蒜香味,只係得牛油味道,之後我食完嘅時候,另外朋友都係食蒜香牛油包,結果發現我嗰個同佢唔同,我哋交換食,發現原來我嗰個真係只係普通牛油包,佢嗰個真係有蒜香味,感覺我加$4好似加咗個寂寞但係因為已經食咗,冇影到相,咁我同返店員講,其他都味道合理
