To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

元氣係一間我時常光顧的餐廳，高峰時期可以一星期去兩次或以上，簡直是飯堂。自從消費者委員會報告後，都有個幾月沒有去，雖然有點點顧累，但都係忍唔住要去食下。🎈環境🎈在荷里活商場內，之前這時段有好多人，但明顯現在人潮是少了，大約等了二十分鐘左右。🍊食物🍊沒有了我最愛的油甘魚及左口魚，唯有食其他；照燒三文魚薄切 - 成為新寵每次必食沒有了最愛，取而代之是下酒菜食雞軟骨好想飲返杯💁🏻‍♀️服務💁🏻‍♀️自助點餐，其實沒有需要什麼特別服務。💰價錢💰比起其他有水準的日式壽司餐廳，價位算便宜了。*個人意見，我曾經去過其他的分店，得出的結論，都係覺得黃大仙及鑽石山的分店比較好味*
