To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大熱天時郊遊之後回家已不想動手煮飯,又落樓下光顧大家樂,當時已七時多,原以為已經沒有冬瓜盅了,怎知仍然有,很高興,炎炎夏日吃冬瓜盅最理想不過,立即落單✌️冬瓜盅配西芹炒魚塊$66想不到這個魚塊的味道及質感也不錯,很肥美,跟吃新鮮魚沒太大分別,西芹份量也頗多。冬瓜盅配菠蘿🍍咕嚕肉$62菠蘿咕嚕肉也很好味,炸得脆脆的肉配上酸酸甜甜的醬汁,十分醒胃。冬瓜盅的材料亦相當豐富,有蟹柳丶肉碎丶菇丶夜香花等 ,冬瓜本身也有厚厚的瓜肉,吃得非常滿足呢~
