To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 十一月中旬‧晴已不記得多少年沒吃過大家樂的鐵板扒了,就趁消炭期,來吃一次。同日的晚上來到,人客一點不少,大抵幾十蚊可以搞掂一餐,始終是吸引的。要了鐵板西冷扒餐,走汁。扒是沒有醃過,吃起來口感爽爽的,是下了鬆肉粉後的效果。當然這個口感其實廿幾年都沒改變過,只不過人大了,要求多了,而選擇也多了,自然不會再喜歡這個味道及口感。如果讓我選,絕對會多付幾十塊去扒王吃,好好多。伴菜的日式炸薯條、焗田螺都統統沒吃,因為全是違禁品,這只是一個牛扒食評。比OK面,因為佢真係便宜,幾十蚊鋸個扒,仲想點?埋單近四十四蚊,不過就算要再消炭,也不會再來。
