星期六的晚上看完了The Expendables就拉著大夥來試試金葉庭和夏宮一樣，金葉庭是金鐘區另一間獲米芝蓮推薦的五星級酒店中菜廳。這裡環境舒適,佈置的挺雅緻的，但地方不算大，夏宮相對寬敝多了但比起夏宮,我更喜歡這裡的廣東菜; 清淡少油, 沒有煩複的菜式, 用簡單的方式呈現食材的鮮味; 當晚叫了: 叉燒 - so far在香港吃過最好吃的, 肉質軟硬適中, 甜度剛好浙江海蜇頭 - 肉厚彈牙甜美，清蒸東星斑 - 一個字, 鮮!腐皮銀杏扒雙蔬 - 金華火腿上湯浸煮素菜和腐皮,白果火腿螺片花菜 - 螺片爽脆, 火腿煎得乾乾脆脆不膩口, 花椰菜味道很好金葉庭炒飯 - 用料非常豐富，瑤柱,魚肉和帶子鮮甜嫩滑，飯炒得粒粒分明,配著提味的鹹蛋黃. 香味叫人回味金葉庭消費比較貴，但服務細心體貼，東西又好吃! 值得~下次想試試他家的點心
