To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我估唔到自己可以第二次黎依度,叫番一樣既食物就係涼伴米線,配料要蘿蔔名腩肉,仲要加底點解要咁做,因為真係幾好食,米線硬中帶爽,索哂辣汁,辣汁帶蒜和辣椒味,加上係凍食既關係,所以十分開胃而腩肉都係十分美味,亦都係凍既,帶3分係肥肉,肉質帶軟但又不失豬肉既質感,辣度亦很高蘿蔔不算很甜但無渣整體都算係幾美味呢
