Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位於荃灣路德圍嘅米線鋪選擇有好多，今次就試吓呢間叫做”好食雲南米線” 佢嘅米線有湯嘅熱食或者涼拌米線，仲有啲小食都OK啦一到去鋪面都算OK企理，都見幾多人食。我哋仲等左10分鐘位先有得入跟住我就帶咗呢個小辣涼拌雞絲米線，感覺出奇地好食酸酸辣辣，加上有啲青瓜好爽口同埋有蔥芫荽吊味，好香！啲雞絲帶有啲麻味，吾錯！佢啲米線唔係好硬，口感適中！呢個涼拌米線可以分凍食或者暖食嘅，我今次就揀咗凍食。價錢大約$34，唔算太貴跟住之後就帶咗呢個牧民風味雞翼$22，個味道係OK嘅，不過隻雞翼就乾咗小小，炸過咗龍，而且呢份雞翼等咗半個鐘先上 有少少耐
