To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

嚟到荔枝角做嘢，食晏嘅時候走左入去大南西街呢間《輝香園》幫襯。餐牌簡單清晰，一目了然。我揀咗特色飯類入面嘅涼瓜班腩飯($48)，飲凍咖啡(跟餐+$3)，一共$51。碟飯都幾快送上枱，大大碟，飯多餸亦多。涼瓜口感啱啱好，唔會太腍，掛到汁，都幾好食。都有幾多塊斑腩，斑腩應該有先走油，所以表面都幾香口，味道都唔錯。凍咖啡，都幾滑，不過就淡咗少少。今餐嘅主角涼瓜班腩飯都幾好味，份量亦足，雖然凍咖啡比較一般，不過整體感覺，仍然唔錯，下次經過呢頭，可以再嚟幫襯。
