朋友話K-palace係韓國人主理,醬油蟹非常出色。行開附近,朋友又想食韓國野,就去呢度晚飯。位置幾闊落,有梳化位,呢晚得一個男店員,用簡單英文或韓文溝通,落餐時先發現我地三個都唔食生蟹,哈哈哈!韓國菜我較在意係小碟,尤其泡菜;但可惜呢度泡菜唔夠酸唔夠辣只得咸,芽菜不夠麻油香,蘿蔔不夠酸,不是我喜歡嘅味道。魚餅湯係預期味道,有個有趣嘅位,因為鍋唔係㷫住,上枱時有2條貌似生嘅小唐菜,唔知點解會掛係個鍋邊???海鮮蔥煎餅嘅海鮮無腌過,所以無咩味道,純粹食魷魚個爽口感,因為粉漿比例較多,味道主要係來自表面煎香嘅蔥同附上醬汁去提味。無骨韓式豬手味道尚可,連生蒜,青陽辣椒同辣蘿蔔,再點點大醬,以新鮮生菜包住一齊食,好有層次,口感滿滿。坐得舒服,但今餐整體同預期有點落差,味道亦相對下偏淡,可能真係主打醬油蟹吧。
