身為大埔幫,竟然依家先發現到呢間牛魔王,見到門口餐牌上有好款牛肉,每碟平均大約50零蚊,個陣有唔少人等位,應該都值得一試。呢度用Ipad落單,見到咩想食就㩒咩,極度方便,我哋先㨂咗個牛清湯底餚住先,再嚟就係啲牛肉,有啲仲之後再返叫咗添。腩頭有趙口但唔係韌,越食越出牛嘅脂香同肉味,超正,所以呢個就返叫多一碟。封門柳食到濃厚肉味,幾乎零脂肪,真係616就食得,5秒鐘啱啱好。牛滑估唔到呢個都有驚起,肉汁多而且牛味重,仲夠爽彈,又係正。牛坑爪明顯係筋位,但花紋幾靚,亦係有趙口,爽爽嘅感覺,本人都係鐘意腩頭多啲。胸口膀即係平時出面叫開嘅牛白肉,都係爽爽嘅,亦係帶出脂香嘅一款。牛扑肉就似平時安格斯,肉味,脂香又係同時帶出。牛駝峰有高級安格斯嘅感覺,係雙倍嘅味道,更香更濃,肉質又嫩口,又係返叫之選。脖仁相比以上兩款,呢個就較為普通,但都好食,我諗呢個部位嘅特色係油花密但幼細,容易入口。最後講埋個黑拍葉,雖然都係爽爽嘅,但佢配個日式芝麻醬又幾有新鮮感。一次過食到好多平時都唔知道有咁多款嘅牛,咁其實依家就會知道原來自己係鐘意食邊幾款,呢餐唔止醫肚咁簡單,而且係比個味覺學到嘢,下次就更識食了。
