To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間野係朋友介紹俾我,佢講到好好食咁,但係我就真心覺得好一般,而且性價比唔高。我哋一共六個女仔,然後食咗二千幾蚊。首先個芝士都切落嚟唔夠10分鐘就凍曬,跟住就乾晒,之後就好似變咗成塊芝士要自己切開咁。然後就係個海膽蒜蓉多士,我真係食唔出有乜嘢特別,可能我真係唔識欣賞。然後就係特色卡邦尼扁意粉,我真係接受唔到有隻全生嘅雞蛋係上面,而且啲味道都好奇怪。同埋最後叫咗個甜品,分子料理嗰個甜品,我真係覺得自己識咗個寂寞。最後想講嘅係,食完呢間野我都唔知自己食咗啲乜嘢,因為冇一樣野係有記憶點,得個好睇,影相就好睇,好唔好食就因人而異啦。
