自從學人追劇後,韓國菜自然就成了我的「家常便飯」,每星期一次韓式炸雞更是例行公事,有朋友竟然發現到一間韓燒的居酒屋,真是聞所未聞。平日最愛去 Isquare 行街睇戲,於是就去朋友推介的一韓式料理看看餐牌。想不到餐廳推出Happy Hour的套餐,半份原祖炸雞配特飲/生啤兩杯,只需$138!感覺比單點抵食很多,所以二話不說即時入去試試!喜歡韓式料理的其中一個原因是未下單都已經有前菜,可以醫一醫心靈空虛的肚皮!有基本漬酸蘿蔔、芽菜和泡菜,口味不會太嗆太辣,少食泡菜的朋友都接受到! 難得會有 Happy hour 時段做到七點半, $138 有小食和兩杯飲品,老實說也實在是挺吸引!特飲或啤酒,兩者之間當然是選前者,因為有最愛的沙冰,用來解渴解辣最正!推薦桃味和覆盆子沙冰,用了新鮮水果榨汁加冰打成,夠原始美味。蜜糖醬炸雞的肉質鮮美多汁,蘸上祕製的蜜糖醬料,真係幾熱氣都吃左先講!網上有人推薦主打海鮮的深海盛 $298 目測都比較大份,二人用剛好吧!而且剛剛吃完炸雞,現在來點比較輕盈的菜式,感覺更好。除了有原隻八爪魚坐鎮外,也有海鮮界的長青朋友:蜆 、蝦和青口,預兩個人會食到每樣兩件的份量。湯底

湯底可揀辣或原味,怕辣/不太在行的當然就是選原味,因為餐廳為了使魷魚入味,會用了醃料,一直用火去滾湯底,那個辣味會更出色。

配料豐富,有蔬菜愛好者最愛的豆腐、白菜、年糕、冬菇絲、豆卜和芽菜,全均是比較「吸收」,所以一邊食一邊會吸味,到最後一嘗就有陣陣海鮮精華的味道。

一上枱,大魷魚會有專人幫你剪,不用擔心Hold不住場面!最後竟然都可以掃清枱上食物,我倆太強了吧~
