秋冬臨近最好就是打邊爐和燒野食,要係野外燒未免唔太適合我這種懶人, 最好就是任食點燒坐得舒服的餐廳才適合我呢。 店內有三款燒烤醬汁,分別是玫瑰蜜糖, 燒汁和微辣的醬汁,而我最喜歡的就甜甜的玫瑰蜜糖, 也許就像平常bbq最後要加蜜糖作為結尾的感覺。 除了任點任食的燒物以外、還有即點即食的燒春雞, 雞油都燒出來了,甘香的香草味配上鮮嫩的雞肉。 燒物款式非常多,肉類蔬菜也一應俱全,一邊燒一邊看著那金黃焦香的串物已經流晒口水。 至於燒烤也不用什麼技巧,先燒好一邊至金黃色再反轉, 這樣可以令肉上留下金黃的炭爐印。 煮食方面有非常吸引的壽喜燒,一煲的用料也非常豐富, 特別是吸了湯的粉絲更是入味。 即燒即食的生蠔夠鮮味,海水味不太濃,如果可以配上牛油式蒜末就更好了。
