To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

偶然係晚上11點後，係彩虹發現咗呢間叫隨便坐的風味店．店內坐位不多，外面有枱有櫈自己開，隨便坐，落單可以拿紙自己填，想燒海鮮必須出去燒爐旁揾師父仔落單．飲品也可自取．這裡日間并不開檔，只做車仔麵，一到晚上才是夜貓的天下，基本上燒得的都應有盡有，空氣里飄著BBQ的味道，襯住懷舊音樂和吵雜的聲音，別有一番風味。食物也很不錯，即使是車仔面，餸及醬都是同區最有水準的．辣醬非常香，但很辣，不能食辣的人，只能要一點點．燒海鮮，雞全翼，菲菜同茄子都係我的至愛，每次必點．只有沙嗲醬淡了一點，沒西貢旺泰的令人一試難忘．偶然要一支啤酒，叫上三．五樣至愛，放空一下自己，這是一個經濟而有水準的去處．
