朕今晚喺尖咀睇完影畫戲,差不多十一點,又有少少肚餓,朕就問隨從有咩好食,隨從就Check到厚褔街有間深宵食堂食啱哂呢個夜宵時間食,於是朕就衝上去試一試!上到去雖然己經十一點多,但係都幾多人,啱啱有張二人枱,朕就同隨從坐低,同埋叫左杯荔枝梳打濕一濕個喉先,呢杯荔枝梳打都好香荔枝味,唔似平時飲開嗰啲,一味得個甜字!隨從先叫左啲開胃炸物,芝士蝦球同埋芝蔴雞亦。芝士蝦球炸到外面香脆,入面就彈牙,加埋啲流心芝士三重口感,好味!芝蔴雞亦,炸到啲雞皮脆卜卜,加埋啲芝蔴喺面,夠哂香口,入面啲雞肉仲保持到原來既鮮嫩同埋肉汁!雖然Size夠大,但係都係唔多夠喉!跟住黎既就係串燒,朕就叫左煙肉荔枝卷同埋燒白鱔。煙肉荔枝卷燒完之後,逼走左煙肉多餘既油份,肉質香脆,而入面既荔枝肉多汁香甜,一齊食非常配襯!跟住就係朕食串燒必食既燒白鱔,食燒鱔最緊要就係肉要夠厚身,燒出黎要外皮香脆,啲肉要夠彈牙同埋唔好燒到乾哂,而呢度就做到呢樣野喇!跟住黎既就係芝士蟹肉玉子燒,㕑司仲喺面用茄汁寫左"深宵",兩隻大字,一睇就知係好野啦,一切開,啲芝士同蟹肉就湧住出黎,食落有蛋同芝士既香味,仲有蟹肉既鮮甜味,仲有朕最愛既茄汁,讚!!!

深宵簿餅用上大板燒既製法,入面有海鮮,野菜,上面有木魚喺度飄飄下,而朕就最欣賞佢地個餅底係用炒麵做,做得非常香脆,脆到啪啪聲!!!
