天氣又開始涼涼地,唔想成日打邊爐咁熱氣,食返碗熱辣辣嘅粥都係一個唔錯嘅選擇。雖然平時唔太鍾意食粥,因為覺得粥都係淡口又無乜嘢食,唔係病都會想食,但食過輝記又開始有D改觀...每晚八點過後,直至清晨六點,就係輝記營業嘅時間,岩晒一眾「夜貓」覓食。輝記真係可以用「其貌不揚」嚟形容!佢嘅廚房就係後巷,幾張稀疏嘅褶枱放係路邊同後巷。門面唔吸引,但夠地道,幾個夥計同老闆分工合作,每晚都吸引不少食客光顧。菜牌設計老派,一句「創1976」已經暴露粥店年紀,數數手指原來已經開咗四十年。之前已經食過輝記嘅雞粥,雞肉肉質結實,唔似出面食嗰D咁淡口。今次決定試下佢嘅燒鴨粥!出面食嘅粥多數都係偏白稠綿微鹹,但輝記嘅粥偏黃,燒鴨嘅鹹味滲入粥裡面,而且聽聞輝記煲粥唔係用清水,而係用下欄熬成嘅湯,食落去仲可以食到一粒粒嘅菜脯,都幾好味!可惜嘅係,今次嘅粥比上次稀咗少少,希望下次可以Keep返個水準啦!炒麵夠鍋氣,不過不失!油炸鬼雖然唔係即炸,所以唔算好脆,但腸粉皮夠滑,呢個炸兩都算ok,係份量少咗D!深宵突然肚餓,諗唔到食咩,又唔想食麥記咁頹,都可以考慮支持小店,食返碗靚粥㗎!

深宵突然肚餓,諗唔到食咩,又唔想食麥記咁頹,都可以考慮支持小店,食返碗靚粥㗎!
