To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大家千祈唔好去錯另一間，要記住平頭裝老闆個頭嘅招牌個間先好入去每次出開深水埗都會食，首先平靚正不在話下，老闆份人又好笑人又好，好欣賞佢嘅創業理念佢自創的手攪麵、削搖麵都好出色，雖然舖頭嘅菜式同設計都簡單，但勝在用心創出同經營，至今仍受到一眾街坊嘅支持💂🏼‍♀️《自選百搭麵-過山雞、餐肉蛋麻辣削搖麵》$41削搖麵親手製作，比平時的刀削麵更長更闊更有口感。麻辣湯底好濃香，好有麻香味，湯底夠哂濃味，令到啲麵吸哂湯精華好正！過山雞一定係必叫的餸，鮮嫩多汁的雞肉，用滷水汁腌完再炸到外脆內軟，好好食食麵梗係要配埋餐蛋先夠圓滿啦！份量好多，所以真係好抵食頒發軍階:上將🎖🎖🎖🎖
