To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 見到有網友介紹深水埗金豪酒家,晚市做緊推廣都幾抵食,又過嚟呢邊睇吓見到佢哋原來有兩個舖位,睇嚟受街坊追捧沙薑豬手新鮮沙薑同埋沙薑粉來煮,帶香香薑嘅味道,豬手嘅質感富含骨膠原,用嚟做開胃小菜係一個非常唔錯選擇鮮麻海甲花甲肥美鮮嫩、富有彈性,肉質滑順,烹製後入口麻辣香醇濃郁,芥辣牛柳粒牛柳粒粒嫩滑,嚼勁十足油脂分布非常均勻,加埋大人細路都鍾意嘅芥末醬,非常惹味艷影蝦球蝦肉裹上粉漿,經油炸後打造出內爽外脆口感,最後加上沙律醬包裹其中,沙律醬Sushi甜甜咬落有爽口新鮮嘅大蝦🍤冇得頂!避風塘講求鑊氣,每一口避風塘炒蟹都帶有炸蒜,會更加香脆,蟹肉飽滿,鮮甜味美,另外孖寶仲有炒蟶子,肉厚而且鮮嫩爽口,啖啖肉,肉質鮮甜龍躉兩味- 清蒸斑頭腩,翡翠炒球一條龍躉配兩種食法,清蒸及炒破球,各有滋味! 蒜蓉蒸頭腩鮮甜嫩滑,啖啖肉,配上金銀蒜蒸過後,更為散發魚味鮮香
