To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友帶我們來這家海鮮小炒餐廳想不到人流那麼多如果沒有訂枱的話需要在門口等位〰︎✍🏻💭真心不騙的評價我們點了一個稱為冰火魷魚的冷盤醬汁方面很惹味可能是經過冷藏的關係所以感覺上沒有很辣由於我們四人同行所以點了一個孖寶套餐共有兩款選擇今次選擇了蒜蓉粉絲蒸蟶子皇以及避風塘炒蟹蟶子皇確是不錯 鮮甜肥美避風塘炒蟹的份量也很多啫啫通菜煲很夠鑊氣通菜不會過老吃到最後仍然很翠綠 亦帶點脆口大推這道芥辣牛柳粒很少看到芥辣醬汁與牛柳粒作配搭感覺很特別 味道帶點嗆口 非常惹味推薦指數:♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡
