早前經過深水埗,終於去咗bookmark好耐嘅蕃茄師兄!我超愛蕃茄🍅無論生熟咁食,都好味兼有益~睇到宣傳單張話,佢哋仲會加入大量牛骨、牛肉去熬製湯底,真係未食都超興奮!🤤​ 今次我就order咗「一貝子」(另加炒滑蛋、雞脾菇、椰菜),朋友就order「芝SEE菇牛」~​ ​一貝子係番茄濃湯麵上,加兩件北海道刺身級煎帶子,再配4隻大花甲嘅組合。不得不讚,佢哋嘅帶子好軟滑鮮甜,外層又經過牛油香煎,外脆內鮮,非常好味。不過,大花甲我就麻麻,肉唔多,仲有少少硬。​至於滑蛋,我覺得做得好好,生熟程度適中,嫩滑得嚟又乾身,好高質!🤤​最後食到去湯底,我真係超鍾意佢哋個湯底,好濃郁嘅蕃茄及牛味,唔似出面食到咁,用味精調整,湯底嘅鮮甜係源自牛骨熬製,既濃郁又鮮甜,好有誠意!👍🏻​​ 朋友叫的芝SEE菇牛,我覺得比一貝子更好味,湯底一樣,但上面嘅免治牛肉粒加咗草菇炒,成件事好惹味,仲加埋芝士,簡直係邪惡之最!不過,口味偏膩,怕肥嘅人叫之前可能要斟酌下。​​ 另外,我好鍾意佢哋嘅小食紫菜墨魚丸,外層炸得香脆,入面嘅墨魚肉又爽口彈牙,好推薦!​​ 蕃茄師兄仲有一系列特飲~左為有機豆漿,右為檸檬雪梨露。
