To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有緣相聚歡迎再來聚來車仔麵招牌鮮煎餃煎餃喺呢度嘅名物之一‼️因為想試晒三款，所以叫咗兩份😽韭菜煎餃 $42餃子煎得兩面金黃，而且脹卜卜咁，齋睇都覺好正～果然冇估錯，餃子係正嘅‼️餃子皮煙煙韌韌，外層煎得酥脆，夠晒香口！入面嘅餡好足料，滿滿嘅韭菜，鮮嫩多汁👍🏻芝士粟米煎餃 + 椰菜煎餃雙拼$42估唔到芝士粟米餃最有驚喜🤣之前都食過其他店嘅芝士餃，但係就比較漏，好快會食滯，本來對佢冇乜期望😂芝士粟米餃入面有好多甜粟米，面芝士係偏水質地，食落完全唔會覺得膩👍🏻下次可以自己食晒一碟都完全冇問題😎椰菜餃入面加咗木耳絲，口感爽脆，椰菜鮮甜，都好出色👍🏻招牌鮮炸肉丸 $30呢樣都係呢度嘅招牌，之前見到相都覺得好正～一定要試！即叫即炸，每一粒嘅表面都炸到脆卜卜，外脆內軟，仲加咗啲洋蔥所以食落好香口，隨碟半上泰式甜酸醬，味道都好夾！自選三餸車仔麵揀咗牛腩、豬頸肉、肥牛、油面車仔麵餸嘅份量幾多～牛腩炆煮得好入味，好易就咬得開豬頸肉炒過，食落好香口肥牛有3大片，比一般嘅較為厚身揀咗沙嗲湯底，有別於一般嘅沙嗲湯底，呢度嘅加咗大量嘅蒜，所以係勁香濃秘製辣醬都幾辣下～但係真係好香好惹味‼️餐廳座位闊落，坐得好舒
