To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 想係深水埗搵間茶餐廳食個brunch 點知行勻車房條街冇收穫反而見到添好運飲早茶呢個份量就啱啱好！外面冇乜人等但係就見到有個婆婆等外賣睇來都係呢頭街坊食得多🤭🥠酥皮焗叉燒包💰23一碟有三個叉燒包個頭唔大外皮超級酥脆同普通菠蘿包唔同有D似墨西哥包嘅外皮😻入面叉燒唔係傳統叉燒包嘅丁狀加肥肉而係全瘦肉嘅片狀叉燒超級有誠意！食極都唔會覺得膩果然最出名係呢個！🥟黃沙豬潤腸💰26豬潤比較少食份量唔算多不過足料都係值得一試嘅🍗懷舊薑芽紙包雞💰30一塊紙入面淨係搵到兩舊雞其實就係一塊油紙包住姜味嘅雞肉雞肉好嫩不過份量個人覺得唔值🧆陳皮牛肉球💰23牛肉球可以見到仲有馬蹄蔥等口感十分豐富陳皮味道都好出眾不過個人就覺得牛肉唔算瘦所以冇乜牛肉味🥵🥟晶瑩鮮蝦餃💰31蝦餃入面嘅蝦好新鮮有幾舊細蝦仁係飲茶必備🤣🥠酥炸奶皇包💰21比較傷心嘅係呢度無流沙包而且奶皇包都係炸點而唔係蒸點其實個人就覺得奶黃包蒸出來會比較香口不過呢個炸得都唔油膩偏細粒都可以試下！🥟紅油抄手💰37一共有5舊抄手汁應該有落醋所以酸酸地點落唔算太麻太辣適合一般人！整體來講覺得呢度菜式選擇其實唔
