這家於中環新開張的拉麵店,不主打奶白豬骨湯底,特點是烹調一種混合豬骨,雞和蔬菜的湯頭,故較清甜。另外,有大量椰菜,葱花,炸洋蔥碎,一只開半的溏心蛋。蛋白甚至蛋黃都充滿甜豉油的味道,日式叉燒也軟滑,有肉香,不死實。可任加放在桌上的芝麻雪菜,麵也可於下單時剔粗幼,軟硬度等,悉隨尊便。但個人覺得一風堂及鳥華好吃些,除了各自有豬骨湯及雞湯鮮明的個性外,麵質也較好!
