近排公司嘅人事變動非常頻繁,單是吃散水餅和出席大大小小的歡送飯局,已不下十次,所以來到周末,就決定一家三口都食得清淡一點,給腸胃一個假期。選了這家位於銅鑼灣核心地帶的《功德林上海素食》,除了因為餐廳連續三年都獲得米芝蓮推介外,最主要還是店裡的菜式,一直標榜不含色素和味精,令人吃得放心。餐廳座落於世貿中心 10 樓,地方乾淨寬敞,加上店面以翠綠配上一室淺色為設計主調,裝潢清雅脫俗,予人清新自然的感覺。而這天我們一家人就被安排坐在窗邊位置,除了感覺開揚光猛外,三口子還可以透過偌大嘅玻璃窗,盡覽維港景色!安頓後先點來一壺鐵觀音 ($15@),茶色金黃,入口回甘,頗順喉。店員接著送上餐前小吃 ($12),花生好香脆,伴以清爽的榨菜,吃起來既脆口又帶點辣味,如果用來配搭熱粥,應該會更加惹味好吃。再拿起點餐牌細閱,菜式選擇非常豐富,而且全部分門別類,包括有前菜冷盤、滋補燉湯、羹、特色名菜、香辣系列、蔬菜、菇菌、暖胃鍋物、鍋巴、各款飯類、年糕、一品素麵、點心、甜品及飲品等。被檯上另一餐牌嘅精緻點心吸引,所以決先點幾款試試。先端上桌的鮮菇露筍餃 ($35),餃皮晶瑩剔透,而且內裡包著不少鮮冬菇粒和雞髀

先端上桌的鮮菇露筍餃 ($35),餃皮晶瑩剔透,而且內裡包著不少鮮冬菇粒和雞髀菇,配以翠綠嫩甜嘅露筍作點綴,營造出爽口鮮味,加上即蒸即吃,正!

蘿蔔絲酥卷 ($35),層層叠叠的金黃酥皮,做得非常鬆化,一口咬下,外皮鬆軟得來又夠脆口,而且入面嘅蘿蔔餡,不但真材實料,而且食落仍有絲絲口感,水準不俗。

接著出場的金影餐包 ($32),其實是用上菠蘿脆皮配素叉燒做成嘅菠蘿叉燒包。先吃一口,外層的菠蘿皮脆得來又唔易散,而內裡的素叉燒,啖落亦香濃多汁,加上個包仿真度極高,絕對是師傅心機之作,推薦大家一試。

反而之後送上的炸素春卷 ($25) 就稍嫌過於油膩,實在不宜多吃,幸好入面的蘿蔔餡夠多,而且新鮮炸起,食落尚算脆口。

炸得外皮酥脆、內裡軟嫩的銀絲卷,向來都是吃上海菜嘅不二之選,不過老公發現原來餐牌上有款菜汁炸銀絲卷 ($28),感覺特別,所以就提議一試。用上野菜汁製作的銀絲卷,吃起來不但有一絲絲嘅口感,而且外皮炸得乾身不油,加上色澤分明,所以亦輕易成為這頓午餐的搶手點心之一。

吃了不少點心,決定為老公和兒子加客飽肚的擔擔麵 ($58),碗擔擔麵雖然沒有放入肉碎,但細看,原來師傅在麵裡加咗唔少已切粒嘅中國芹菜、辣椒粒和紫菜,配上湯底的濃香花生和少許辣椒油,吃起來香辣惹味。

一場來到,沒理由不點番一兩款糕點和甜品作結,筆者向來是芝麻湯丸 ($38) 嘅粉絲,而這客湯丸,不但外形精緻小巧,湯丸皮咬下亦夠曬柔韌彈牙,襯上香口幼滑的流沙芝麻,味道令人驚喜。

店員提議我們一試店裡新近推出嘅千層棗泥糕,呈水晶狀的紅棗糕,端上桌時仍熱氣騰騰,而且隔老遠已經嗅到紅棗的甜糯芳香。立即叉起一件入口,味道好清甜,帶點年糕的煙韌,但又不會黏牙,非常好吃。

意猶未盡,決定再加客高力豆沙 ($68) 和一桶豆腐花,脆炸而成的高力豆沙,外層甘香鬆化,以綿軟口感取勝。至於即撞嘅豆腐花 ($58) 亦大大桶,足夠兩至三人享用。豆腐花吃起來不但豆味濃郁,入口更自動滑進喉嚨,而且最特別之處,就是伴吃的不是黃糖,竟然是桂花糖水,加少許上面,能令豆腐花的甜味更細緻。
