To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又到齋期,觀塘素食選擇唔多,同屋企人試下呢間工廈傳統素食。閒日中午唔算太多人,12時半都未滿座。有兩餸飯$52,加多一餸$65, 定價進取。平時我係灣仔$55食到三餸飯了,而且呢度份量也較少,但可無限添飯添湯。西洋菜腰果湯幾清甜菇囉肉唔係一般素店用上猴頭菇,係豆造的,可惜唔夠熱唔夠脆。菠蘿用上新鮮菠蘿,讚炒菜係正常發揮!店員極力推薦招牌叉燒飯,就試下,美味!唔會好似老味咁硬再來一個套餐,黑椒汁未來 burger排,屋企人對個汁讚口不絕,好惹味!
