滬菜通常都俾人一種肥膩厚重既感覺. 王家沙其他分店如旺角同紅磡食過並冇太大印象, 今次好姊妹邀請去apm分店食晚飯, 食完感覺到不一般既滬菜, 口味清新, 適合現今飲食潮流.兩個女仔心多多想叫多幾種菜式食, 唔好睇見隻碟細就以為份量唔多, 其實都唔少, 兩個人差啲食唔哂.凉菜醉嘉美雞雞皮唔肥, 可放心吞落肚唔使起雞皮. 醉雞酒味香濃, 雞肉香滑, 作為前菜非常開胃.鮮菜肉小籠包皮薄多汁鮮甜, 完全合格有餘.乾煎小黃魚唔好睇外表以為好乾冇汁, 其實佢入面魚肉香滑鮮甜, 好似食緊蒸魚咁, 好正, 好啱魚迷.韮黃炒鱔糊通常韮黃多多鱔糊得幾條, 呢度韮黃同鱔糊比例差唔多一半半, 好抵食, 不過呢個菜趁熱食比較好, 凍咗有啲糊口.清炒河蝦仁味道同平時街市買到啲蝦肉質爽口唔同, 佢肉質細嫩鬆軟, 蝦肉呈半透明, 晶瑩明亮, 有另一種滋味.1/4隻樟茶鴨雖然好入味, 不過肉質比較乾同硬, 下次可以唔叫.甜品豆沙窩餅, 先頭好姊妹提議其實唔係好想食, 因為食過通常炸得好硬, 食完嘴都痛, 不過今次呢個炸咗都比較軟身, 熱辣辣豆沙蓉又多, 好啱口味.
兩個女仔心多多想叫多幾種菜式食, 唔好睇見隻碟細就以為份量唔多, 其實都唔少, 兩個人差啲食唔哂.
