To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

再次到威爾斯醫院內的Café 330買午餐帶走，330的煙三文魚有機螺絲粉沙律很不錯，賣相十分吸引，配上千島醬，還有不少蔬菜，互相配搭感覺很清新、很健康，在夏天吃冷通粉，本來以為不會太飽，但吃畢後卻覺得很飽。煙三文魚的煙燻的味道尚算可以，不會太濃，三文魚切得不會太厚或太薄，味道很好，從檸檬搾出少量檸檬汁，帶有少許酸味，味道更好。沙律則有普通的生菜，還有切粒的紅菜頭，小蕃茄等等，很清新，還有半隻切片雞蛋，十分飽肚。
