這日來到九龍城Tong Wong為朋友選生日蛋糕。這裡的出品一向都又靚又精緻,睇見各款蛋糕心情都好起來。今次經店員介紹一款甜度較輕的Pear pistachio & lime mousse cake,一磅約$3xx。啤梨,青檸和開心果的配搭,頗特別呢。最上層是啤梨蓉jelly,中間白色那層是青檸慕斯蛋糕,質感很輕和滑,不過酸度對我來說稍為偏高。至於餅底,混入了開心果碎,食起來特別香脆。整體來說,這款蛋糕口味配搭清新有趣可是偏酸,試過就好了,所以不算是我杯茶。
