今日係奧海城行完街行左去大角咀果邊食野,竟然俾我搵到間高質小店香港其實唔多夏威夷飯,外國其實好流行,夏天食幾啱,味道清新幾開胃揀咗自選款熟蝦碟豆花飯真係第一次聽碟豆花飯,原來用左碟豆花既汁同日本梅子整,所以外表就藍藍地色,食落酸酸甜甜好開胃,加埋自家製調辣蛋黃醬,成個飯味道已經好豐富!😋😋 除咗主菜,仲可以揀三種配菜,我揀咗配香菇、紫洋蔥同豆腐。豆腐好香滑,香菇調過味,味道特別,紫洋蔥都調咗味,比較香甜,令到成個飯味道夠豐富有層次🥰夏威夷玉子燒仲揀咗款小食試吓,玉子燒份量比想像中多,入面擺咗蟹柳,出面有蟹子、牛油果、紫菜等調味,食落好惹味!蛋無煎得太熟,保持鮮嫩香甜

熟蝦碟豆花飯
