To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天是清明節...本身都無打算去呢到食野.但係家人話系青松拜完山.好想去飲野.咁未坐taxi去囉去到個到超多人呀...都要等15分鐘到先有d位坐下.咁好啦選好左野食,但叫伙記寫野.無用應.因為四處都係客.忙死左d人.而且唔知點解好多灰fly來咁叫到人來寫野就有d唔多開心.因為個時已經差唔多開晚市.叫的野咩都無囉.但係間野都真係對d客唔錯..無的野都改少少材料照做俾我們..好啦我們叫左8個下午茶套餐蒜蓉排包(雖然唔夠蒜蓉味,不過都可以)星州少米(比出面所有一般的茶餐廳都好食)咖哩牛腩面(d牛腩唔錯,最重要係好少餐廳係做到脆脆的面底)雜果沙津(超用心做的沙津.新鮮做的,不是就咁俾個d雜果推埋就算.內有鮮木瓜,椰果,波蘿等,而且還有一隻7成熟的糖心蛋,係出面唔會做到咁俾你食)瑞士汁牛肉河(不過因為無晒河轉左烏冬俾我們)干燒e面(雖然我覺得咸左少少.但比酒樓的好食)豬扒包(超好食,好過澳門個d多多聲...因為個包脆軟剛好,內的豬扒係有汁出的.唔係好似澳門個d咁干)還有一個唔知咩烏冬之後餐茶當然係唔少得奶茶啦.我們叫左每人一杯我d親人個個都有下不同分量的糖的(我亦試過有糖的一口奶茶)但是個人認為

好啦我們叫左8個下午茶套餐
蒜蓉排包(雖然唔夠蒜蓉味,不過都可以)
星州少米(比出面所有一般的茶餐廳都好食)
咖哩牛腩面(d牛腩唔錯,最重要係好少餐廳係做到脆脆的面底)
雜果沙津(超用心做的沙津.新鮮做的,不是就咁俾個d雜果推埋就算.內有鮮木瓜,椰果,波蘿等,而且還有一隻7成熟的糖心蛋,係出面唔會做到咁俾你食)

之後餐茶當然係唔少得奶茶啦.我們叫左每人一杯
我d親人個個都有下不同分量的糖的(我亦試過有糖的一口奶茶)
但是個人認為.個杯奶茶如果加了糖就失左原味了.我個杯就係無加糖...真是唔錯的決定.因為真係飲到奶味同香茶味...而且都夠甜味,不過個個甜唔係糖甜而係茶加奶個種甘甜..如果下次再去都一定咁飲
