To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

嘩!有同朋友去銅鑼灣....今次我地尊登去天后站附近華姐開飯一坐落負責落單叔叔好 nice......對住個個都hello, 我地落單緊係叫清湯牛腩la咁出名, 我地叫左碗牛腩麵, 叫左碗牛腩河, 跟住加多碗蘿蔔食湯麵湯河最緊要試試湯底......嘩!好清夠味, 河粉幾滑, 麵(我朋友覺得麻麻), 因為唔夠彈牙, 牛腩好入味同夠淋, 不過, 湯底咁夠味蘿蔔都應該浸透湯味, 雖然都係好淋, 但係一淡湯味都無, 我自己就唔鍾意囉, 唔知你地試完會唔會同我同一想法, 還有一樣就是食完牛腩河同麵, 之後個咀比d肥油漿住, 有點唔舒服.唔知食過華姐d fans有無同感呢!

食湯麵湯河最緊要試試湯底......嘩!好清夠味, 河粉幾滑, 麵(我朋友覺得麻麻), 因為唔夠彈牙, 牛腩好入味同夠淋, 不過, 湯底咁夠味蘿蔔都應該浸透湯味, 雖然都係好淋, 但係一淡湯味都無, 我自己就唔鍾意囉, 唔知你地試完會唔會同我同一想法, 還有一樣就是食完牛腩河同麵, 之後個咀比d肥油漿住, 有點唔舒服.
