To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 趁公眾假期費時同人迫,去咗新裝修嘅屋邨商場食,晚餐時段人流少,坐得舒服。#清湯米線見佢個餐咁抵,原本諗住加多$4轉刀削烏冬,點知賣晒。無奈之下叫返清湯米線,以為實冇死,但食落發覺個清湯竟然係辣辣哋……可能係師傅唔小心彈到啲汁落去碗湯,不過對於接受到少少辣嘅人嘅講應該okay嘅。配料芽菜同腐皮都冇譚仔咁多。#蜜汁豬扒2塊中型size,但浸湯試唔出蜜汁味,下次要另上,同埋件扒大部分係肥豬肉🥲仲有少少油噪味。#心思思想食甜品,叫咗個涼粉伴紅豆,份量偏細,味道可以,奶味出,涼粉質地硬身但接受到。整體很一般。
