To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

排Shari Shari見到呢間一直都想試下，見到佢個menu有唔同魚生飯同沙律揀，今次叫左一個夏威夷風味同一個加州風味嘅bowl。夏威夷風味bowl有刺身吞拿魚、好多海帶牙同紫洋蔥仲有蟹子，配埋鰹魚醬油成個bowl味道好夾，份量都好足夠。加州風味bowl 就有刺身三文魚、青瓜、雞蛋絲同三文魚子，配埋經典嘅芝麻醬成個沙律都好fresh味道好好。佢個bowl嘅base有得揀沙律、壽司飯或者珍珠糙飯，仲有得揀兩款mix埋架。食完好滿足，下次會黎試下其他~
