To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Weekend總是食得十分豐富，過後的星期一中午想食清淡小小， 在灣仔區行來行去，不想食連鎖粥店， 找到這間看似略有名氣粥店 米芝蓮推介粥店。店內裝修環境新式企理， 不是傳統舊式街坊路線。我點了手撕雞皇粥 $36，原因好似一般在粥店食唔到，通常都是叫皮旦瘦，及弟，魚片那些。粥的米， 軟綿適中， 不會過爛， 溶哂。雞絲一般， 不算是足料， 亦不嫩， 有點老，你可以話係有咬口。粥水十分夠味，現在邊食邊想邊寫， 一陣間會否極度口渴?另加錢 $12， 可要小食， 我要油炸鬼， 係即炸， 熱辣辣， 外面夠脆， 但口感偏厚， 不是我杯茶。一條是一孖的， 最終下場係食唔哂。會機會的話有想食粥， 會想試埋佢既黃沙豬潤粥， 就知仲有冇第3次。寫到呢度, 我要去倒杯水飲飲~

雞絲一般， 不算是足料， 亦不嫩， 有點老，你可以話係有咬口。
