Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 辛苦工作一星期,週未約家人飲茶是一個放鬆心情的好活動但去過附近好多酒樓,不是多鹽多油、就是很多味精,吃完感到肚子負擔很重~~~~所以今天選擇位於朗豪坊的美心集團「八月軒」,因為他們標榜「不添加味精」~~~不過用餐時間只有90分鐘,要嘆茶吹水就有點趕了~~~~先開壺「人參烏龍茶」先~~~打開點心紙,點心選擇都幾多~~~先來個很久沒有食過的「籮白絲酥餅」外皮酥脆、饀料有很rich的籮白絲,味道不錯!!「蜜汁叉燒腸粉」腸粉皮油份不多,所以不算太滑;味覺都OK。「白灼翡翠苗」少鹽少油,味道清淡,吃到翡翠苗的原味「頭抽炒牛肉河」由於油份不多,牛河較乾身,味道不過不失「筍尖鮮蝦餃」蝦餃皮「煙靭」不易爛,饀料豐富,足三隻蝦,蝦新鮮彈牙「鮑汁炆雞腳」雞腳炆得好「林」,無牙都食到,鮑汁味道都不錯三個人6個點心小菜 $386.1,價錢都算合理總結:價錢算合理,食物不算超級好食,但無添加味精,少鹽少油,味道偏清淡,食完唔口渴,腸胃舒服無負擔。但限時90分鐘有點趕
