To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 陽光海灘風清清光譜七色天青青普照人愛樂興興照暖四方各國盛近年話題有氣候暖化和温室效應，令至人要反思生活方式，國家要提出應變方案。但今天、我放下憂愁思累，在這深秋日子，沿着海邊欣賞遠山近海，踏着細細沙粒，聽着快慢有序的浪濤拍子來到淺水灣，感受别人在太陽下的温暖日光浴。而我就是坐到優雅的《 Classified 》飲着吃着。簡單食物、簡單食材、簡單烹調，思考碗碟中的美味，是否完全被享受了 !傳統蕃茄芝士薄餅 : 淡淡蕃茄、淺淡芝士，清淡清香味道一般，但薄餅有濃郁麵粉香味，這就是傳統的領導者呀 ! 也就是簡簡單單的優勝呀 !ITALIAN MOJITO :  高酒精濃度的白Rum酒，香氣清澈及微辣椒辛香的羅勒葉子，喚醒味蕾的青檸，係依杯特飲的精髓。初步似在草地上呼吸，酒意來到就是在草地打滾了。溫馨提示 : 天氣好就看看美麗風景，多謝地球給予的 !  多謝《 Classified 》的好位置喔。
