To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

從朋友口中知道這裡有一間素食店, 剛好昨天中午途經這一區, 便入來試試.店舖不大, 只有幾張枱, 裝修不能要求太高, 因為是在工廠區, 幸好看來很整潔.店員招呼好, 因為本人是嚴格素食者, 要求食物不加蛋奶, 再加上喉嚨發炎, 不能吃「熱氣食物」, 自然會「東問西問」那些食物是否適合自己. 店員會有問有答, 不會用不耐煩的語氣.雖然是「齋舖」, 但格局更像快餐店形式, 賣的是套餐, 粉麵飯, 三文治各類.....點了一個套餐(HK$20-), 四餸選二, 配白飯, 可選湯或飲品. 昨天的例湯是節瓜清涼補, 飲品是豆漿或檸蜜.餸要了羅漢上素+白椰菜雜菜素雞, 配檸蜜菜和餸份量很多, 最難得的是, 清淡, 少油. 很有家庭式的風味. 和一般傳統齋店的重油重味精完全相反, 而且素肉很少, 相當不錯. 因本人不喜素肉. 不過檸蜜太甜.很可惜它們不做晚市. 除非是在這一區返工或住在這一帶, 否則很難再光顧.以HK$20-的價錢, 能吃到難得的素食, 完全值回票價.
