To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六本來想去珍寶海鮮舫度飲啖茶食個包。但係我去到佢要我等個半鐘頭先有得飲,我唯有參觀一下就走啦。如果大家想食珍寶海鮮舫記得要Book位啊。咁喺珍寶海鮮舫搭香港仔嘅船返去市中心,之後就路過間叫做湯加嘅鋪頭。見到佢廳牌啲嘢食清清地,就決定入去食,依家興養生丫嗎。朋友就叫咗個烏雞湯飯,將個飯加幾蚊轉做蔥油餅。蔥油餅一啲都唔油仲好香添,。烏雞湯你見到都好足料,又唔淡口。而我就叫咗鮮蝦滑,魚肚配魚湯加米粉。一樣係好足料,無味精都做到好香。清清地又一餐,覺得路過簡佢,真係無簡錯。
