在八咪半的這家店,其實我已想吃很久了,一直到現在才找到機會跟朋友吃,因為有點遠呢~環境:冷氣有點集中,但整體裝潢還好,座位設計間隔不俗服務:洽到好處選擇還滿多的,令人眼花撩亂食物:魔鬼天使小籠包$58白:加入了帶子跟魚子醬的小籠包,口感比普通版多了些軟稔,沒切開的帶子,魚子醬令它不需要再調味~黑:墨汁 海膽,顏色較深,味道也比較濃郁,帶點黑蒜的蒜香,著實很有趣的小籠包味最重要的一點是很夠熱,這對小籠包來說很重要古法燒烤羊腩$168炸得皮脆肉嫰,適量的脂肪,咸香十足再配上英式芥末,或者乳豬醬,燒鵝的甜酸醬中和一下咸味,下些檸檬汁去一去膩,比較少見但好吃的一道上海菜龍門海鮮炒飯$78加入帶子,雞粒,魷魚,蝦仁也還真的很多重口感,入口也不會重味,滿健康的一道海鮮炒飯!
